Not to say that alot of other things weren't done wrong here, but maybe they could had still avoided giving the wrong meds had they not had turned their backs on those meds. Once you prepare something, don't let anyone distract you. If you can't avoid the distraction, cap the syringe, label it & put medication in your pocket before turning your back; or if not, throw it away & start over[endtext]
